These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STRIDE Footwear Co. website at stridefootwear.com ("Site") and any purchases you make through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and information accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. Cancellation of an order after payment will result in a full refund.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Standard shipping within the US takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Unworn shoes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free for US orders. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
All STRIDE footwear includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@stridefootwear.com with your order number and photographs of the defect.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and code — is the property of STRIDE Footwear Co. or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to transmit any harmful code. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRIDE Footwear Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRIDE Footwear Co. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
