Everything you need to know about ordering from STRIDE
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day.
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Expedited shipping costs $14.95 regardless of order total.
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days. International expansion is planned for late 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we add new shipping destinations.
We accept returns of unworn shoes in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free for US orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Yes. If you need a different size, initiate a return through your order confirmation email and place a new order for the correct size. We'll prioritize the refund on your original order. If the new size is in stock, we recommend ordering it right away to secure availability.
Our shoes generally run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for running shoes and staying true to size for casual styles. Each product page includes specific fit notes when applicable. We use standard US sizing.
Currently, most of our shoes are available in standard width (D for men). Select models — including the CloudStep Walker and CrossFit Endurance — are available in wide (2E). We're expanding wide options across the line in future seasons.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location).
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Contact us at support@stridefootwear.com as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.
Yes. All STRIDE shoes include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like sole separation, stitching failures, and material defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear. Contact us with photos if you experience a defect.
Care varies by material. For leather shoes, use a damp cloth and leather conditioner. For mesh and knit uppers, spot-clean with mild soap and cold water. The Minimalist Daily Flat is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid direct heat when drying — air dry at room temperature.
